Founders Forge
Overview:
The TenTogether Founders Forge operates in person and online to support founders and creatives. It is a community and program that strengthens founders through teaching, coaching, retreats, and shared connection — focused on the personal development and the real challenges of the people behind the businesses they build.
Ideas come easy, starting them is hard. Have you ever been at a gathering where the conversation moves to what great business ideas we have? Each person has one and they are exciting to talk about. You meet the same group months later and nobody has started, but each has some new ideas. Why don't we start? Why are we stuck? What do we need?
The Forge is designed to resource founders to start, and to provide a community of support through the creation journey.
We are committed to cultivating the leadership required for building well. Strong founders create strong businesses. An initiative's success is critically linked to the people behind it — and no one is more important than the founder. The founder's journey is often lonely, with pressure on all sides. The Forge exists so that no one has to walk it alone.
