The People Accelerator

Overview:

The TenTogether People Accelerator operates in-person in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and online globally to support founders and creatives. It is a community and support  program that strengthens founders through a range of workshops, coaching, retreats, speakers, and community support that focuses on the personal development and challenges of entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Ideas come easy, starting them is hard. Have you ever been at gatherings where the conversation moves to what great business ideas we have? Each person has one and they are exciting to talk about. You meet the same group months later and nobody has started, but each has some new ideas. Why don’t we start? Why are we stuck? What do we need?

The People Accelerator is designed to resource founders to start and provides a community of support through the creation journey.

The People Accelerator is committed to cultivating the leadership skills required for startup success.  Strong founders lead create strong businesses. It recognizes that an initiative's success is critically linked to the performance of its people.   No one person is more important than the founder.  The founder’s journey is often lonely with pressure on all sides.

The Accelerator is designed to work alongside existing incubator/accelerator programs to augment their offerings by focusing exclusively on the development of the leader.

The TenTogether People Accelerator runs two different community tracks -

  1. A “pre-accelerator” for individuals who have a startup idea and feel stuck on how to start
  2. A “founders community” for those already working on their projects and in partnership with existing accelerators.
