The People Accelerator

Overview:

The TenTogether People Accelerator is launching in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to support the founders in the startup ecosystem. It recognizes that a business’s success is critically linked to the performance of its people. No one person is more important than the founder. The founder’s journey is often lonely with pressure on all sides. The People Accelerator is a community and support program that strengthens founders through a range of workshops, trainings, speakers, and community support that focuses on the personal development of entrepreneurs and business leaders.

The People Accelerator is committed to cultivating the leadership skills required for startup success. Strong founders lead create strong businesses.

The Accelerator is designed to work alongside existing incubator/accelerator programs to augment their offerings by focusing exclusively on the development of the leader.

Launch Tracks:

The TenTogether People Accelerator will launch in Riyadh by offering two ten-week training programs for different target audiences - A “pre-accelerator” for individuals who have a startup idea and feel stuck on how to start, and a program for existing founders. Both groups will have the option to join the People Accelerator Community upon completion of the program.
