Heath: Heath is the founder of TenTogether and brings a depth of experience and creative expression to his coaching. With a career that spans entrepreneurship, venture capital, government, and the social sector, Heath has a broad view of the institutional realities of launching a business. Trained and experienced in business, psychology, international development, and technology, Heath is able to pull from his broad experience to craft practical and innovative solutions for launching creations while deeply understanding the human side of the entrepreneurial journey which he finds is most often the place where the drivers of success and failure lie. As an entrepreneur himself, having launched several tech companies on three continents as CEO, and then as a VC partner and board member, many more, Heath brings a gentle but strong relational style of mentorship to those looking to launch their own creations. He works as a trusted advisor to governments, the UN, VCs, and business accelerators. For more than ten years he has also run leadership development, inner-work, and wellness retreats that focus on the human side of creation. By bringing together the worlds of business and personal development, Heath is a valuable partner for those who have something unique to personally launch in the world.
Taghreed: Taghreed Almadani is the co-founder of The People Accelerator Program, where she excels at working with creatives -who often struggle with launching and sustaining their projects- to expand their capacities and build meaningful impact. She brings both industry expertise and the experience of being a creative herself to her coaching. Further, her academic training and practice in psychology gives her an ability to go deeper with clients to uncover the personal and relational influences on their success. With experience spanning government, international organizations, and the creative sector, she brings expertise in cultural strategy, facilitation, and program development, drawing on her background in communication, cultural diplomacy, and psychology. Currently completing her Master’s in Psychology, she integrates strategic vision with relational insight, connecting her work in arts and culture to the Accelerator’s work of strengthening founders and creatives through developing their potential as leaders.
Xena: Xena is a sought after coach and retreat facilitator adept at working with individuals in their personal and relational development to unlock inner barriers keeping them from leading themselves on the journey of creation. She is a certified IFS (Internal Family Systems) coach and a facilitator of Avalon's global leadership retreats. In both modalities, Xena works with the individual to identify and overcome debilitating emotions and patterns of behavior. Her ability to guide a person within themselves to gain clarity on the underlying causes of what may be keeping them stuck and then to find their own path out of it, is a practice that leads to long-term and permanent change in her clients. Xena splits her time between Riyadh, Lebanon, and Kenya where she runs the Ishq retreat center.
